Equestrian Jewellery respects the importance of privacy on the Internet and is committed to protecting our site visitors and customers. We do not disclose any information about our customers to third parties except where we would be legally obliged to do so.
Shipping & Returns
We use Paypal for your secure transaction, which enables you to pay immediately by debit or credit card. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this method.
We are looking to add more payment methods in the near future, in the meantime Should you wish to pay via an alternative method, such as cheque, postal order or bank transfer, please contact us on 00 44 7841 500719.
Please note items will not be shipped until cleared payment is received.
You can also pay via telephone with your debit or credit card.
Delivery charges for the UK only are as follows:
up to £500.00 – £7.40
£500.00 to £1000.00 – £8.40
£1000.00 - £2500.00 - £10.40

All Items above 500 Pounds will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery or 48-hour courier on a trackable service.
Silver jewellery is sent via recorded delivery or first class.
Orders are normally shipped within 7 - 10 working days of receipt of order. Orders are processed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. If any item is out of stock, we will advise you by email of estimated shipping date. Should you need your order for a specific date, or on a next day delivery, please state this in the comments within Paypal when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfil your delivery requirement for any reason, you will, of course, have the option to change or cancel your order.
You will be emailed once your item has been despatched.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
We ship the majority of our items worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated when you contact us directly with your address.
Damage in transit
Please notify us within 14 days for non-delivery, shortage, incorrect items, faults or damages. Equestrian Jewellery accepts returns of faulty items only, not items that are ordered and not liked. Due to hygiene reasons and in compliance with EU regulation, we cannot take earrings back unless faulty. Equestrian Jewellery. will accept items that have genuine manufacturing faults that are brought to our attention in a timely manner. Equestrian Jewellery does not offer a warranty and cannot be held accountable for damages that result from the misuse of the product. Please contact us before returning items so we can offer the most suitable advice.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of goods. Should you wish to return your item, you must return it to us within this period in resaleable condition for a refund, less the original postage cost. Unless it is an error on our part, you will also be responsible for return shipping costs.
